Employee Testimonials

Why do you love working at Family Vision Center? What current employees say about working at Family Vision Center.

“Working at FVC is such a pleasure because I have been able to work freely and independently while still having access to any tools and training needed! I do not feel like I’m being micromanaged and that’s very important to me. I really feel a sense of appreciation and authenticity from all the staff, not just management. I wish I could work at Family Vision Center FOREVER.” –Erika, 1 year

“There are a lot of businesses that have family in their name. At Family Vision Center it’s not just a name, Family is at the heart of the business, that’s why I chose to work here 13 years ago and why I stay. It is a family-owned business that truly cares for their employees. I enjoy coming to work every day because it’s a fun environment where we all work together to provide the best care for our patients.” -Sandy, 13 years

“Working at Family Vision Center is the best! The name says it, Family. We care, help, and have each other’s back. That includes the owners, employees, and doctors. We work very hard, but we have fun, too and have great patients! I moved away for a few years and when I found out I was moving back I immediately notified Dr. Wonderling to see if there were any openings. It’s been 9 years now and I love working at Family Vision Center. It says a lot when a former employee wants to come back to work at such a great place.” -Nikki, 9 years

“I have been working at Family Vision Center for 4 years. We are like a family; employees get along very well, and we have built friendships outside of work. The doctors are well educated and make patient care a priority. We are treated as equals. Our feedback and opinions are accepted to help improve office procedures and patient care. Family Vision Center is always looking at new technology and treatments for patients and the doctors take time to teach us these new ideas as they learn them.” -Beth, 4 years
